She grew up in a world of jewelry and long, engaged discussions about the jewelry industry often dominated around the family dinner table. Therefore, it was natural for her to launch Susanna Falken Jewelery when she discovered that her daughter was developing a rash from her earrings. It was then that she realized that she did not know what materials and metals are actually used in the manufacture of jewelry.

This awakening led her to a deep dive into the jewelry industry. She trained and learned about different metals, their effects on the skin and the ethical implications of their acquisition. With a deepened understanding and new knowledge, she set out to change the traditional landscape of jewelry making.

Susanna Falken Jewelery not only represents her passion and commitment, but is also a product of her drive to make a difference. She focuses on creating beautiful jewelry from safe and ethical materials, thereby helping consumers make better choices. Susanna's education ranges from project management from Hyper Island to drawing, fashion design and photography from Central Saint Martins in London, as well as marketing in both Stockholm and New York. She also has knowledge of programming which comes in handy from time to time.

Her jewelry experience and education comes from her father, Bengt Warbon's company and brands, Albrekts Gold, Hallbergs Gold, Guldfynd, Lyxxa Kultajousi and Westerback. As an 8-year-old, her journey in the jewelry industry began. Her first job at Albrekts gold was folding boxes and handing out flyers, in her teens she had the opportunity to work in the stores on weekends where she learned customer service and contact with customers early on. This early experience sparked a deep understanding of the jewelry industry. Later, Susanna started at Iduna's head office, where she contributed to both the e-commerce department for both Guldfynd, Hallbergs Guld and Albrekts Guld. She has also worked on the diamond and product side which gave her insights into the organizational aspects of campaign management and purchasing.

The inspiration for her jewelry designs comes from her daily observations - the colors and shapes she sees in architecture, objects, and natural beauty. Susanna finds the biggest successes in the small, personal victories - like seeing a customer, previously unable to wear earrings due to allergies, now able to wear them freely and without worry thanks to her advice and jewelry.

One of her most significant insights has been the discovery of the lack of clear and easily accessible information about metals and alloys used in jewelry making. She strives to improve consumer information and dreams of a world where all jewelry clearly shows which metals it contains. She is working to establish a "hypoallergenic" standard for jewelry, so that consumers can easily identify jewelry that is safe for the skin.

With this background and a burning passion to revolutionize the jewelry industry, she wants to change the jewelry industry for the better.
