We try our best to make sure you get your delivery as fast as possible. Orders placed before 14.00 on a weekday and that only contains stocked products will be packed and sent the same day.
All items that can be purchased on the website are in stock. If a product is sold out, it is explicitly stated on the website, including the date it is back in stock.
If a technical error has occurred and a product is incorrectly available on the website but is not in stock, you will be contacted within 48 hours and notified when the product is expected to be delivered to you and alternatively have the option to cancel the purchase with full compensation.
