• Free delivery on orders over SEK 479 with Postnord.
• Orders under SEK 480 cost SEK 59 for delivery.
• Your order can be picked up at the office in Stockholm.
• All products are delivered in a Susanna Falken jewelery box which is sent with an economic waybill within Sweden. Estimated delivery time is about 3 days.

DELIVERY Rest of the world
• Free delivery on orders over SEK 850 with Postnord.
• Orders under SEK 850 cost SEK 140 for delivery.
• All products are delivered in a Susanna Falken jewelery box which is sent by registered mail outside Sweden.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• If you are not satisfied with your item, send it back within 60 days.

Christmas delivery 2023

We offer three delivery options:

1) PostNord 1st Class Christmas Express (1-2 days) 21 Dec at 2 p.m. for delivery before Christmas (SEK 59)

2) PostNord Home delivery 1-2 days 20 Dec at 2 pm for delivery before Christmas (SEK 69)

3) Pick up at the office in Stockholm, Kommendörsgatan 2, 1tr.

 

We send the Christmas express with Postnord's registered letter 1st class and PostNord home delivery with mypack small home. On the link below you can see which dates postnord promises. PostNord's last date before Christmas
